Kazakhstan is actively involved in the international grain trade. Oilseeds are becoming more popular. Pulses are expected to appear on the market soon. Moreover, grain and oilseeds processing is developing every year. This means that the country will be more integrated in this global commodity market.
Role of trade for agriculture is very high. One could say that it is equal to the role of production itself as it allows a reward for the efforts invested. The development of trade assumes the development of market institutions such as transportation and inspection companies, financial services, and stock exchanges, brokers on stock and cash markets.
Taking into account the history, agricultural market and its institutions in Kazakhstan are rather young. Something is operating from the beginning and something has appeared recently. Something is still missing.
Thus we decided to offer the market a new service – brokerage on cash market, generally, to assist to the development of trade.
We started our activity since mid 2009. Our main task at the moment was to introduce Kazakhstan linseed to the European market. And we believe that we succeeded in that.
Now we are working in other directions both regarding commodities and countries.
TAFC works to become an additional tool in agricultural trade.
Finding Buyers/Sellers
If you have agricultural commodities and want to sell (or to buy) them, try and consult with us. We will advise you about the situation on market and acceptable price to sign a contract.
Negotiation of price and terms of deal
We can conduct preparation for concluding a deal. To discuss such issues like price, quality, payment and shipment terms, etc. If you don’t speak a Buyer’s (or Seller’s) language, we are able to assist in negotiations.
Assistance in contract preparation
We can include and write all the above mentioned terms of deal in the contract. If you need a bilingual contract, this is not a problem for us. You will receive a contract that will be clear for both parties and which you can use in your work.
Assistance in contract execution
After signing a contract we won’t leave you alone with a Buyer (Seller). We will accompany you during the contract execution and up to the end of it, till every party is satisfied
Services of mediator in disputes
In case of any disputes between the parties of the deal, we can be mediators to solve the given issues.

We can organize delivery both close to the Seller, for example, EXW and FCA, “in the middle” – for example, DAF and FOB, and to the Buyer, CPT and CIF (or C&F).
